Adopt A Family This Holiday Season

LMHS is hoping to spread a little extra holiday cheer this season with the Adopt a Family program. All “adoptions” are made anonymously.

The program is for the children of LMHS staff only (age 12 and under), to try to assist those in need during these difficult economic times. Staff can contact their supervisor, Mike Polito or Genny White to get a copy of the application form. You may fax this to 574-0162. You must also submit the original form, which you can send via interoffice mail.

The deadline for staff submission of the request form is Dec. 1.

If you are interested in adopting an LMHS family that may be going through a difficult time, call Mike Polito at 574-0291 or Genny White at 573-5415 no later than Nov. 23. Please provide the size of the department/number of participants so the appropriate size family or families can be assigned. Please designate a contact person in the department who can coordinate collecting the gifts.
