Dr. Moses Shieh is experienced in several major weight loss surgical procedures, enabling patients to choose the best option for their needs. He is also trained in cosmetic surgery and offers post-massive weight loss body contouring.

Education:
Medical School: Des Moines University in Iowa.

Residency:
Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center, an affiliate of Michigan State University, in Michigan.

Fellowships:
Laparoscopic bariatric (weight loss) surgery with the Northeast Surgical Group - Great Lakes Bariatric Treatment Center. Also, in cosmetic surgery through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

Chrisanna Gregersen Harrington MA, RD/LD, LMHC, NCC

After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Chrisanna Harrington has spent the past 29 years working in the area of weight management and nutrition. Early in her career, Chrisanna worked in intensive care units where she focused on nutrition support for the critically ill. In 2005, she received her Masters Degree in Counseling and began working with adults and teens coping with or undergoing binge eating disorder, bulimia, anorexia and bariatrics. Chrisanna is dual-licensed in mental health counseling and nutrition. She holds a national certification in clinical mental health counseling and is registered with the American Dietetic Association. Chrisanna joins the team at the Bariatric Center to assist patients with nutrition guidelines and help them establish a lifelong behavioral commitment to their success.

Jaime R. Winton

Jaime R. Winton is Dr. Shieh's medical assistant. A distinguished graduate of the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine, Jaime received training as an Aeromedical Specialist and EMT. After working in the USAF Flight Surgeon's office as a flight line EMT, she began working in the private practice medical field. Jaime triages patients in the office, handles clinical questions, organizes the patient charts and assists with patient care in the office. Jaime will become a familiar face to our patients as they progress through their journey.

Kelsey Vest

Kelsey Vest is the bariatric program secretary and her friendly, knowledgeable voice is often the first new patients hear. Her responsibilities include organizing patient information sessions, handing physician referrals, answering phones, tracking paperwork, reporting and assisting with insurance processing, scheduling and patient charts. She also works with insurance providers to check eligibility, obtain approvals and schedule clearances, ensuring everything is in order for our patients

Meredith Fiscella

Meredith Fiscella is the customer service representative. She answers phones, checks patients in and out of the office during the day, handles insurance verification and filing and helps with patient information sessions.
