2010 CHILDBIRTH REFRESHER CLASSES

Attendance: In the beginning of the last trimester of pregnancy.

Classes should be completed approximately 3 weeks before baby is due.

A review course for couples who have attended a childbirth class from a previous pregnancy. Content includes labor and birth preparation, breathing and relaxation techniques, new trends and options in birthing, sibling preparation, and a tour of the birthing facilities.

BRING 2 pillows & a blanket to class
