Children's Health Network, a pediatric system of care which
provides the majority of health care for children in Collier
county, with 12 locations. He is also responsible for bringing the first Ronald McDonald Care Mobile to Florida,
and for initiating a pedodontic dental residency program as
a partnership with the University of Florida College of

founder and chairman of Integral Quality Health Plan, a state wide Medicaid HMO.

attended Florida State University and the University of
Miami, and holds degrees in biology and chemistry. He has
done graduate study in health care administration.

chairman of the Florida Association of Community Health
