Business Office
The Lee Memorial Health
System Hospital billing is handled by two office locations. The
Central Business Office (CBO) handles the hospital billing for
Cape Coral
Hospital,
Lee Memorial
Hospital, and
HealthPark Medical Center. The CBO is open Monday-Friday
from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Patient Accounting
Services (PAS) Office handles the hospital billing for
Southwest Florida Regional Medical Center, Gulf Coast
Hospital and Gulf
Coast Medical Center. The PAS Office is open
Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

At Lee Memorial Health System, our goal is to provide you
with quality health care along with convenient and dependable
billing services. After viewing this section, if you still have

The Central Business Office
and the PAS office handle a high volume of incoming telephone
calls each day. If you are unable to reach a Patient Business
Representative directly please utilize our voice mail system.
All inquiries are important to us and will be responded to
within one business day.
Facts About Your
Hospital Bill
Your hospital bill includes charges for services provided by
the hospital. These services include nursing care, room, meals,
housekeeping and linen services. In addition it may include
services ordered by your physician; such as, laboratory tests,
X-rays, and medical supplies. The hospital bill does not include
the professional charges for your physician. Nor does it include
charges for other physicians that assisted in your care, such as
radiologist, anesthesiologist, pathologist, or other consulting
physicians. You will receive a separate bill from these
physicians.
