From I-75 South:

Take I-75 heading north to Exit 136 Colonial Blvd., take the exit ramp, then head west (left) towards Fort Myers. Right before the first major intersection, make your first right onto Colonial Center Drive (located between BB&T Bank and Marathon gas station). Continue going straight after the stop sign, into the Regional Cancer Center parking lot.

From I-75 North:

Take I-75 heading south to Exit 136 Colonial Blvd., take the exit ramp, then turn right onto Colonial Blvd., heading west towards Fort Myers. Right before the first major intersection, make your first right onto Colonial Center Drive (located between BB&T Bank and Marathon gas station). Continue going straight after the stop sign, into the Regional Cancer Center parking lot.

From US-41 North:

Head south on US-41, towards Colonial Blvd. Take a left onto Colonial Blvd, heading towards Lehigh Acres. After about 4 miles, turn left onto Ortiz Ave., the next traffic light after Winkler Ave., and Wal-Mart will be on your right. (Please make sure not to miss Ortiz Ave., otherwise, the only next available left turn is 1.5 miles down the road). Make your immediate right (before the right lane ends) onto Colonial Center Drive. The Regional Cancer Center will be the first building on your left.

From US-41 South:

Head north on US-41, towards Colonial Blvd. Take a right onto Colonial Blvd., heading towards Lehigh Acres.
