Expert Staff
Our staff includes: RN's,
LPN's, certified nursing assistants, restorative therapy aides,
physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists,
respiratory therapists, and I.V. therapists.
Additionally, HealthPark
Care & Rehabilitation Center has an activity coordinator, social service
coordinator and clinical admission coordinators interacting with
residents on a daily basis.
We accept most private
