Should you ever need to contact our billing offices regarding your bill, you may:
  

Payment Policy
Lee Convenient Care’s payment policy is designed to support Lee Memorial Health System's goal of providing the highest quality of health care. We request that patients pay for their responsible out-of-pocket costs at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks and many major credit cards. Additionally, the office staff at the location where you received care can discuss payment plans with you, when appropriate circumstances occur.

We are approved providers for many insurance plans, and we bill those respective insurance companies accordingly. This does not relieve our patients from their responsibility to pay for applicable financial obligations (co-pays and non-covered services) at the time of the visit.

We strongly encourage you to be as familiar as possible with the coverage and limitations of your health care insurance, to minimize the chance of unexpected problems.

For those instances when we are not an approved provider for your insurance, you will be asked to pay the full amount of the charges at the time of the visit. We will provide you with appropriate documentation to submit to your carrier for reimbursement.
