RX Games

Welcome to the

… a four-week fun-raising campaign.

To participate in the 2012 RX Games, simply click here and make a pledge or gift to one of the five employee funds.

You can download a copy of the 2012 RX Games brochure that includes a description of the five funds- All in the Family, Friends of Nursing, Employee Education, Children's Hospital Capital Campaign and Area of Greatest Need by clicking here.

As a participant in the 2012 RX Games you will receive one of four Team wristbands – Team Cape Coral, Team Gulf Coast, Team HealthPark or Team Lee. These wristbands allow you to join in the weekly RX Games. Employees working at an offsite location will join the Team closest to their location.

Registration at each of the four main campuses will begin on June 28. By visiting the registration booth and making a pledge, you will receive your wristband and be ready to compete in games the following week.

Beginning Thursday, July 5^th and for the next three Thursdays, games will be held in each hospital cafeteria from 7:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.-1:30p.m. By participating in the games you will earn points for your Team. At the end of the four weeks the Team with the highest point total will win the RX Games Tailgate Party for their Team members.

Prizes will be awarded weekly to the top 10 highest scores system wide for each game. You can only play each game once. However, by playing you may win other random prizes.

Whether you play the games or not, as a Team member you are welcome to enjoy the refreshments provided along with each game. All you have to do is show your Team wristband.

By Getting in the Game and making a pledge you also become eligible for the weekly chance drawing with great prizes!

The rules and scoring are simple –

· You need to Get in the Game and make a pledge/donation to play

· You can only play each game once

· Make a pledge - earn 100 points

· Play a game – earn 25 points

· Top 10 scorers for each game system-wide – earn 100 to 1,000 points for their team

· Get your department involved…

o 40% participation – earn 1,000 points

o 80% participation – earn 2,000 points

o 100% participation – earn 4,000 points

Scoring results will be posted on the Mission In Motion donor walls at each campus and in Have You Heard? Information about that week’s game and how you can prepare will be posted on Monday morning.
