W A V V 101.1 Jillian's Angels Radio Program

On May 13, 2008, W A V V 101.1 will be broadcasting live from 10a.m. to 2p.m. at The Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida, and will be donating all advertising dollars made that day. All donations will be directed to Pediatric Oncology/Hematology services at The Children's Hospital to help young cancer patients. Ryan McCleskey Redfish Challenge

A challenge for a great cause - to build awareness of Lee Memorial Health System's Foundation and to assist the children of Southwest Florida in their personal battles with pediatric oncology. 6th Annual David Lee Root Jr. Memorial Fishing Tournament

Sign up now for the 6th Annual David Lee Root, Jr. Memorial Fishing Tournament and catch and release for a good cause! Enjoy more than big fish...there's a big pig too. 2nd Annual "Drive to Hawaii" Charity Golf Tournament

Each year Mercedes Benz sponsors an international amateur golf tournament. The local qualifier being held in Fort Myers raises money to support Lee Cancer Care. In addition to raising funds for this worthy charity, the tournament will award the two winners an all-expense paid trip to Kaanapauli in Maui, Hawaii, to compete as a team in the North American finals in January 2009. Saks Fifth Avenue - Key to the Cure

Saks will conduct a four-day event to benefit women's cancer (breast, ovarian, uterine, cervical) research, prevention and treatment.
