Thank you for your part in the Brain Memory Camp. It helped me to regain memory, security and dignity. Things keep popping up that I'd forgotten, and I'm less afraid to join in conversations. I see my husband's relief that he isn't "losing" me. I am so grateful to have your class and encouragement. You made it fun and interesting. Thanks for the good tips—I'll use them.

This class heightened my awareness of how I really remember things. The techniques are simple and effective.

We found the HBI program very enlightening, challenging, enjoyable and rewarding. Many new ways to keep your brain active and healthy. Sue Maxwell was personable, dynamic, knowledgeable, meaning a true leader to the future.

My children and grandchildren all believe that I have the memory of an elephant! They wonder why I am taking this course, however they are pleased. I think anything that stimulates one's mind should be undertaken: therefore, I was interested in this class/course. I have already benefited from this class. I find that it is more lack of observation and moving too quickly, i.e. skim reading, multi-tasking and assuming they are my problem areas rather than just memory. These will be the areas I hope to improve.

I took the class to see if there was any way to help my memory and particularly to help remember names. The sessions have helped me with both. I find the "tricks" taught in the classroom to be very useful every day. I started the Dakim today and found it challenging and entertaining. I did feel a little tired after the session...brain fatigue?????? I do look forward to continuing with the computer lessons. I hope you will do a follow-up classroom session.

Thank you again for your efforts and your engaging teaching style.

I am a member of the Wellness Center and realized I should be exercising my brain as well as my body so I joined in the Healthy Brain classes. I know I'd slipped into lazy memory habits -- 81 years old was not an acceptable excuse. In the classroom we learned our own individual learning styles. The classes definitely taught us to PAY MORE ATTENTION!! It also taught us cues and techniques to use to jog our memories for names, telephone numbers, and to reduce our reliance on constant list making. I especially enjoyed the mental aerobics and individualized problem solving games on the computer. I definitely improved and continue to use the techniques we learned in class as well as the memory enhancement games.

I have just spent 45 minutes glued to the computer trying out the games you can find on your web site (Healthy Brain). What a wonderful web site! Thanks for all the hard work that went into getting it up and running! Good job!
