THE LMHS DIVERSITY STRATEGY
In keeping with our commitment to becoming an employer of choice,
our vision of being the best patient-centered health care facility
in Florida, and our pursuit of Magnet designation, LMHS has
implemented a Diversity Management Strategy based on the 14 national
Cultural and Linguistically Appropriate Standards (CLAS). The
mission of the LMHS Diversity Office is to foster an environment of
