-
All other non PRN Critical Needs - $2,500
-
Hard to Fill - $1,000
-

What jobs qualify?
Human Resources reviews the list of positions that qualify for
each category on a quarterly basis. The specific jobs will be
updated on the intranet (IntraLee) and internet (LMHS website)
on a quarterly basis at the beginning of the quarter.
If I refer a PRN employee will I get a bonus? If so, how
much?
PRN Critical Needs - $100
Who is eligible to receive an ERP bonus?
If the new hire transfers out of the job title/unit/status,
does this affect the bonus?
This could affect the bonus. For example, if a FT RN becomes PRN
during the 6-month eligibility period, the referring employee
would not receive a further reward. If a new hire works over 90
days, the referring employee would get half bonus.
Are LMHS employees eligible for referral bonus if they refer
a candidate who has been acquired through a search firm?
No. However, if the employee referred them first, the candidate
applied and then LMHS HR received the candidate from a search
firm (in that order), the LMHS employee would be eligible
because we did not have to pay the search firm.
Are employees who are sponsored by LMHS for visas eligible
for ERP?
Yes, employees who have been sponsored by LMHS have the same
privileges that any other LMHS employees have.
Can LMHS employees refer candidates who need to be sponsored
by LMHS with a visa and/or green card?
Yes, LMHS employees can refer candidates who need to be
sponsored with a visa or green card and be eligible for the
employee referral bonus.
