Paid Time Off

BENEFITS WHO PROVIDES WHEN ELIGIBLE WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Paid Time Off LMHS After 3 months Up to 24 days/yr. straight pay – 0-5 yrs. employment
Up to 30 days/yr. straight pay – 6 thru 9 yrs.
Up to 36 days/yr. straight pay – 10 thru 15 yrs.
Up to 38 days/yr. straight pay – 15 thru 20 yrs.
Up to 43 days/yr. straight pay – 20+ years
Rest Periods LMHS On Employment 15 minutes per shift, as time permits.
Funeral Leave LMHS On Employment Up to 24-hours pay – death of immediate family members only.
Jury Duty LMHS On Employment Full pay for scheduled hours plus employee retains jury duty pay as long as not more than once per year.
Workshop Time Off LMHS On Employment Up to 3 days off/year for employees who attend inservice/educational programs on their own time as part of their continuing education requirements.
