Lee Memorial Health System employees who refer qualified candidates for posted positions may be eligible for a bonus if the candidate is hired for that position and remains successfully employed during the payout period.

Employees can earn bonuses for referrals in two (2) categories:

1. $2,500 for critical needs positions
   1. Occupational Therapist
   2. Pharmacist
   3. Pharmacy Clinical Specialist
   4. Physical Therapist
   5. Physician Assistant
   6. Registered Nurse (experienced bedside, home health, The Children's Hospital, In-House Traveler)
   7. Business System Analyst (Level III - IV)
   8. Senior Programming Analyst
   9. Supervisor/Nursing
      
      
2. $1,000 for selected hard-to-fill jobs
   1. Advance Registered Nurse Practitioner
   2. Medical Technologist
   3. Physical Therapist Assistant
   4. Respiratory Therapist (NICU)
   5. Surgical Technologist (Cardiology and Levels II & III)
   6. Nuclear Medical Technologist
   7. Business System Analyst (Level I & II)
   8. Lead Coder
   9. Coder II
   10. Registered Nurse Clinical Documentation Specialist
       
       

Guidelines

• Referral bonus amounts are subject to change based on discretion of the System and depending on recruitment efforts and economic conditions.
   
• Referral bonus amounts are paid based on the list of eligible positions and amounts at the time the candidate accepts the job offer.
