Employee Referrals

Lee Memorial Health System employees who refer qualified candidates for posted positions may be eligible for a bonus if the candidate is hired for that position and remains successfully employed during the payout period.

Employees can earn bonuses for referrals in three tiers:

  1. $2,500 for critical needs positions
    1. Coder
    2. Occupational Therapist
    3. Pharmacist
    4. Physical Therapist
    5. Physician Assistant (acute care areas)
    6. Nurse Practitioner (acute care areas)
    7. Registered Nurse (acute care areas)
    8. Home Health Registered Nurse
    9. Business System Analyst (Level III - IV)
    10. Certified Occupational Therapist

  2. $1,000 for selected hard-to-fill jobs
    1. Advance Registered Nurse Practitioner ( OP. MD offices)
    2. Medical Technologist
    3. Physical Therapist Assistant
    4. Respiratory Therapist (NICU)
    5. Surgical Technologist (Cardiology)

  3. $100 for all other regular positions (and PRN critical needs positions)

 

Guidelines

  • Referral bonus amounts are subject to change based on discretion of the System and depending on recruitment efforts and economic conditions.

  • For a listing of jobs classified as “critical needs” or “hard to fill,” contact Human Resources.

  • Referral bonus amounts are paid based on the list of eligible positions and amounts at the time the candidate accepts the job offer.
