These are key qualities required of the leaders of Lee
Memorial Health System, one of Florida's largest public health
care systems. Their responsibilities are great, for they are the
men and women charged with:

Preserving
and continuing the standards of high quality that have
earned the System recognition as a national leader in the
health care industry.

Integrating operations and management of the System's four
acute care hospitals, three emergency departments and the
area's only state-designated Trauma Center; The
Rehabilitation Hospital; home health services; long term
care facility; ambulatory clinics; and employed physician
practices.

Ensuring
that LMHS, which has more employees--nearly 8,500---than 20% of the
Fortune 1,000 companies, continues to attract, retain and
develop quality employees.

Anticipating the growth of our community and fulfilling its
health care needs.
