Mike German
Chief Financial Officer
Mike German is a member of the Hospital Executive Group and joined Lee Memorial Health System in 1994. He served as Finance Manager, Controller and Vice President of Finance prior to assuming his current position as Chief Financial Officer.
Leadership Responsibilities
Mike's responsibilities at Lee Memorial Health System include all financial reporting, financial planning, debt financing, investment/cash management, financial audits, cost report preparation and reimbursement analysis for the health system.
Professional Experience
Mike has more than 20 years of health care experience in leadership positions. Prior to joining Lee Memorial Health System, Mike served as controller for Carson-Tahoe Hospital in Carson City, Nev. His experience also includes 10 years in non-health care related organizations.
Education
Mike holds a master's degree in finance from City University in Seattle, Wash., and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
