>About Dr. Joseph Hobson,
Dr. Hobson completed the American Academy of Family Practice Residency,
which signifies three additional years of post graduate training in all
aspects of patient care, including pediatrics, gynecology, dermatology,
orthopedics, internal medicine, etc. He was then board certified by the
American Board of Family Practice. Proficiency is assured through
continuing medical education and extensive examination every seven
years. Dr. Hobson has practiced in Ft. Myers since 1991. He maintains
membership in various national organizations, including the Lee County
Medical Society. "It is my pleasure to introduce you to my
practice. My philosophy is to provide patients and their families with
compassionate comprehensive health care, as well as health promotion and
education, through a continuous long-term traditional family doctor
relationship. Pediatrics, from newborn to adolescent, is a large portion
of my practice. I maintain privileges from newborn to older at The
Children's Hospital. Many families prefer that the entire family,
including children, go to one physician and we encourage this. It would
be my privilege to care for you and your family! We are centrally
located with easy access and make every attempt to schedule an
appointment at your convenience. My nurses, Maria, Carmen, Brenda and
Debbie look forward to establishing a relationship with you and
assisting in your care." |
