EDUCATION:
Unit Based Clinical Educators
Nursing Clinical excellence
is maintained and supported through a variety of programs backed
by our Senior Nursing Leadership. The need for specialty focused
educational information and guidance is answered by our
unit-based Clinical Educators. They support our nurses with
maintaining adherence to current hospital policy and procedure,
completing annual unit specific competencies and reviewing and
enhancing their personal clinical practice. By collaborating
with nursing leadership and other system educators, our unit-based Educators are
uniquely suited to support all aspects of education and
professional development for nurses at the bedside.
