MISSION
The mission of the Patient Care Services Division is to
support the vision and values of the Lee Memorial Health System.
The mission is achieved by providing compassionate and
comprehensive patient care that meets and seeks to exceed the
highest standard of quality care for all members of our
community.
VISION
Our vision is to become the best patient centered health
system in the State of Florida. This vision will be accomplished
through recognition of nursing as a "focus of
excellence" while supporting an environment that fosters
interdisciplinary collaboration with all members of the health
care team.
VALUES
We are committed to the values of the Lee Memorial Health
System. These values include respect, honesty, compassion,
teamwork, loyalty, initiative, adaptability, and resource
responsibility.
