Research
Our program is growing!
We have instituted research
coaches at each acute care facility to support our staff nurses
to question practice and become involved in building nursing
evidence.
We are generating
excitement around research questions and evidenced-based
practice; engaging staff nurses in journal clubs and research
projects here at LMHS.
Through research we develop
knowledge to design practice that will improve patient outcomes
and create a professional environment for our nurses.
