The Older Adult Services department has received national acclaim for its innovative programs. Older Adult Services also offers Caregivers Education and Support, classes and support groups for people caring for an older adult at home.

• Lee Memory Care - The Alzheimer's/dementia clinic that offers full screening, diagnosis, treatment and support.

Caregivers Support Program - The Caregiver Assistance and Regional Education (CARE) Program will provide family caregivers with free comprehensive education and individual supportive counseling.  Please call for more information on this special, free training program. SHARE ^SM Club Information Line - SHARE Club is a program that empowers the 50+ population to manage their health through, health information resources, activities and social interaction.
