Patient Refills:
To place your refill order online, please select the location where you initially filled your prescription.
If you would like to transfer your prescription to another Lee Pharmacy location for refill, please call the pharmacy where your prescription was initially filled to request a transfer of your prescription.
Employee Refills:
If you are a Lee Memorial Health System employee, please use the Lee Memorial HeathPlan Pharmacy for refills.
