• Provides administrative support for medical staff leadership related to Medical Staff governance

• Maintains Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations

• Coordinates the credentialing and re-credentialing and maintains complete credentials files for all members of the Medical Staff and allied health practitioners

• Facilitates effective communication between the Medical Staffs, Board of Directors and Administration

• Provides support for the day-to-day functions of the Medical Staffs

• Provides support for Medical Staff activities
