Patient Materials now available for a
Tobacco Free Lee!
Lee Memorial Health System will become
a tobacco free organization on November 19, 2009.
Physicians, please help support this effort by informing
your staff and patients of Lee Memorial Health System's
tobacco free policy. Informational flyers and booklets are
now available for your patients. If you have not received
materials or wish to obtain more, please contact Yvonne
