Patient Materials now available for a
Tobacco Free Lee!
Lee Memorial Health System became
a tobacco free organization on November 19, 2009.
Nicotine Treatment Orders can be found under the forms link. Physicians, please help support this effort by informing
your staff and patients of Lee Memorial Health System's
tobacco free policy. Informational flyers and booklets are
now available for your patients. If you have not received
materials or wish to obtain more, please contact Yvonne

LMHS Goes Tobacco Free

Lee Memorial Health System recently
announced plans to go completely tobacco free at all of our
locations effective Nov. 19, 2009, which coincides with the
Great American Smoke-Out sponsored by the American Cancer
Society. Phase II of the campaign launches June 19.
