If a stranger bothers you, run away and

If a stranger grabs you, yell real
loud, "I don't know you!" so people know you are in
trouble. Fight back and make as much noise as you can.

Don't play in empty buildings.

Know when and how to dial 911.

Keep your house key on a string
underneath clothing, do not let anyone know you are a
"latch key kid."

Talk to your parents about
places or people you don't feel safe with.

If anyone touches you in a bad way,
say "NO" and tell an adult.
