Welcome to the Injury
Prevention web site.
The Injury Prevention
program's mission is to work throughout Lee County to prevent
unintentional injuries and decrease the number of potential
deaths of all our citizens across the age spectrum through
educational offerings.
Injuries are the leading
cause of death for everyone ages 1 - 44. As a trauma center we
know that injuries don't just happen, we let them happen and
sometimes we practically invite them to happen.
