June Tips of the Month: Hurricane Safety
TipsHurricane
season is just around the corner running from June 1st to
November 30th. It peaks mid-August to late October. Hurricanes
are one of natures most powerful storms and people in hurricane
prone areas need to be prepared. A hurricane is defined as an
intense tropical weather system with a well defined circulation
and sustained winds of 74 mph or higher.
