The Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida and Kohl's Cares
The Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida has partnered up with Kohl's Department Stores and its Kohl's Cares® program to promise a brighter, healthier future for the children in our community. As part of their commitment to keeping kids safe, Kohl's has designatated proceeds from their Kohl's Cares® program to support The Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida's car/passenger safety and water safety outreach programs.
Thanks to Kohl's, The Childrens Hospital of Southwest Florida can further promote childhood safety and wellness events, such as car seat inspections, and safe pool parties to help educate and protect children throughout Lee, Glades, Hendry, Charlotte, and Collier counties.
The Facts:
- Motor vehicle crashes are the No. 1 cause of death in children ages 3 to 14.
