Satisfaction with Services Satisfaction is measured by
the independent Press Ganey Corporation's patient satisfaction
survey that is sent five days after discharge to 100 percent of patients
discharged from The Rehabilitation Hospital. In Fiscal Year 2009
(October 2008 - September 2009) our patients rated "Likelihood
to Recommend the Hospital" at 90.5%.
Length of Rehabilitation
Program Coverage stops when further progress toward the
established rehabilitation goals is unlikely or can be achieved
in less intensive setting.
