Patient/Family Satisfaction with Services 
Satisfaction is measured by the independent Press Ganey Corporation's patient satisfaction survey that is sent 5 days after discharge to 100% of patients discharged from The Rehabilitation Hospital. In fiscal year 2006 (October 2005-September 2006) our patients rated "Likelihood to Recommend the Hospital" at 90.0%.

Coverage stops when further progress toward the established rehabilitation goals is unlikely or can be achieved in a less intensive setting.
