Lee Memorial Health
System, located in beautiful Southwest Florida and serving
the Lee County Fort Myers and Cape Coral area, provides high quality, comprehensive
rehabilitation services including Physical Therapy, Occupational
Therapy, and Speech Therapy for all ages.
Services provided include:
A highly trained and licensed therapist will
perform a comprehensive evaluation and develop an
individualized, goal-oriented treatment program for each
individual to function at their highest level of social and
physical independence.
All of our patients remain under the care of
the referring physician. Therapy is monitored and adjusted based
on patient progress. Patient status is fully documented and
evaluations are sent to physicians, insurance companies, and
other specified parties.
