joint replacement center in the nation. Located in Lee Memorial
Hospital, the Bariatric Center of Lee Memorial Health System
offers you a comprehensive approach to morbid obesity, which has
significant advantages over other weight loss programs.
 HealthPark
Medical Center
HealthPark Medical Center is the primary location for Lee
Memorial Health System's cardiac program. It is also a
designated Chest Pain Center and home to the new Endovascular
Suite for endovascular neurosurgery and a variety of other
vascular procedures.
 Bonita
Community Health Center
Bonita Community Health Center is a comprehensive
diagnostic, treatment, rehabilitation and surgical center
specifically designed with our patients' care and comfort in
mind. Equipped with the latest technology, our state-of-the-art
facility provides a wide spectrum of health services and
programs.
