officers of the Auxiliary elected by the membership and four (4)
members at large appointed by the President. The Chief Human
Resources Officer and Directors of
Volunteer Resources/Auxiliary Development, Marketing and Foundation of Lee Memorial
Health System shall be ex officio members without vote.
