Student Volunteer Application
The Summer Program is now CLOSED.
We are no longer accepting applications.
Students must:
-
Be at least 14 years of age by June 1,
2012
-
Volunteer from June 4-July 29, 2012
-
complete a TeenAge/Student Volunteer
application (click on link below)
-
be able to attend a
Mandatory Interview on May 14th or 15th between 3-6pm.

be able to work a
minimum of four-hours per week for six of the eight-week
program (no-exceptions and multiple visits/shifts in one week can
not be combined to make up for less weeks).
-
purchase a $6.00
uniform shirt to be worn with white or khaki pants (no
shorts or jeans).

Once we have received your
application you will be sent a Welcome Letter with further instructions regarding the
Student Program. Please make sure that your Application is signed
and dated and that the Medical History and Authorization are
completed by a parent or guardian.
