  Reclaim your overall health . . .
Our Clinical Services are available for patients or members with a
prescribed medical condition. We can help you with medical issues such as
arthritis, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, diabetes and more. Lee
Memorial's wellness centers are members of the Medical Fitness Association.
Medical fitness is about maintaining health and preventing disease.

A safe and healthy lifestyle is an ongoing daily effort,
sometimes unfortunately interrupted by a medical problem or hospital stay.
Once you have completed any inpatient or outpatient therapies, returning to a
follow-up, professionally-prescribed exercise program can be vital in resuming
an active lifestyle. An exercise program can also assist in the prevention
of further problems.
As part of the Lee Memorial Health System continuum of care,
the Nationally certified and degreed exercise professionals at the wellness
centers will teach you progressive exercises that improve flexibility and
strengthen the body. Focus is on preventative and rehabilitation
techniques for proper body movement and posture at work and at home.
