health and fitness conscious members, the wellness centers of Lee Memorial
Health System boast some of the nation's most contemporary and diverse
selections of cardiovascular and weight training equipment in the
industry. We offer LifeFitness, Keiser and Hammer Strength equipment along
a complete cardio theater with enough equipment to ensure workout variety
and equipment availability. We are pleased to provide you with the best

We are proud to offer the FitLinxx Interactive Fitness
Network, as part of our commitment to making sure you get the most from your
workout each and every time you exercise. FitLinxx is a system designed to
help you get results by giving you instant feedback while you exercise.
It's like having someone guide you through your own personalized exercise
program, tracking your performance, and updating your program as you
progress. Equally important, FitLinxx greatly improves our ability to
monitor your progress and help you reach your goals.

Fitness Services
Our commitment to your personal health and well being begins
the day you join the Lee Center for Rehabilitation & Wellness. After
filling out a Health History questionnaire, having a total cholesterol
screening, completing a Wellsource Lifestyle Assessment and a Fitness
Assessment, an exercise specialist will design and walk you through a fitness
program that targets your wellness and fitness goals based on your individual
results.
Over a hundred pieces of exercise equipment are available for
your use. Continuously played overhead music and televisions are available
for your enjoyment. There are three very distinct areas of fitness:
cardiovascular, strength training and free weights. The fitness floor is
supervised during all hours of operation by nationally certified and college
degreed exercise professionals ready to assist you.
Personal Training
The Personal Training staff at Lee Center for Rehabilitation
and Wellness is committed to providing you the highest quality fitness program
specially designed for you. Our Personal Trainers are ready to get you
started on your first fitness program or add variety and motivation to your
current program. These professional trainers will provide you with
individual attention that will motivate and guide you to a strong, healthier and
more productive life. Sessions are scheduled in 30 or 55 minute segments
and packages are also available for better rates.
