Appointment Instructions
- Please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to your
appointment time for the registration process. Registration will
require a photo ID, insurance cards and any orders given to you
by your physician.
- Once your exam is completed, your results will be interpreted
by one of our specialized radiologists. A copy of your report
will be sent to your referring physician in one to two business
days.
- You may expect to receive a letter from our facility
regarding your results within 10 to 15 business days from your
scheduled exam. If you have not received your letter within 30 days, please contact our facility.
- Please contact our scheduling department at 239-424-1499 if
you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
