Women's Services - Expectant parents know
that having a baby is a true labor of love. Beautifully
decorated Birthing Suites provide state-of-the-art childbirth
equipment tucked away in richly furnished rooms. These homelike
rooms feature attractive curtains, a rocking chair, and a love
seat which converts into a bed so a support person can stay
overnight. This allows moms to feel more at home while secure in
the knowledge that the medical equipment is there if needed.
Cesarean Section Operating Rooms are also nearby. Our newborns
"Room In" with moms to provide the optimum experience of bonding
with your baby.
We offer a special care nursery with constant nursing
supervision and the latest neonatal equipment if your newborn
needs specialized care. A Neonatologist is on staff 24 hours a
day. A variety of parent education classes and a specially
trained nursing staff all help make it a joyous family
experience. In addition, the services of a certified lactation
consultant is available for your convenience and breastfeeding
success. This unit also includes care for women of all ages with
gynecologic diagnoses.
