(HBOT).
Lee Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine offers HBOT for patients with wounds that have not responded to other treatments. Some wounds fail to heal because the supply of oxygen received by the damaged tissues is too low for the body to repair itself. HBOT supplies the oxygen the body needs to stimulate and support healing. HBOT
is administered in a large, walk-in hyperbaric chamber, the only multi-place
chamber in Southwest Florida. It can comfortably seat up to 7 people at a time, allowing patients to sit upright or recline during the treatment.
Our team works closely with primary care physicians to develop a specific treatment plan to best meet the needs of our patients.
